Terms & Conditions
By confirming this booking, you agree to the following terms set by Urbanest.
1. OTP Verification: You will receive a Start OTP before the service begins. Share this only when the professional arrives. You will receive End OTPs (Good/Bad) to confirm service completion or raise an issue.
2. Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Payment: Full payment is collected at the time of booking via Razorpay. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days if applicable.
4. Professional Conduct: Urbanest professionals are background-verified. Any misconduct must be reported immediately via the SOS feature or by calling our support line.
5. Gender Matching: Urbanest silently applies gender-matching where possible. Cross-gender assignments are made only when no same-gender professional is available and only with consenting professionals.
6. Platform Fee: Urbanest charges a platform fee (currently 15%) which is included in the total amount displayed.
